    Cutler Dies (in real life)

    An 1st-season Enterprise castmember

LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Kellie Waymire, a prolific character actress whose credits included "Seinfeld," "NYPD Blue" and "Six Feet Under," died last Thursday (Nov. 13) at the age of 35. The actress, whose last screen appearance was an October visit to "Friends," died of unknown causes.

The actress made her acting debut in 1994, playing Emily on ABC's "One Life to Live." Waymire became a regular television guest star and a favorite featured performer in David E. Kelley productions including "Ally McBeal," "The Practice" and "Snoops." She appeared on "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "The X-Files" and in the 1997 "Seinfeld" episode titled "The Blood." She spent six episodes on HBO's "Six Feet Under" playing Brenda's (Rachel Griffiths) prostitute friend Melissa.

Fans of the "Star Trek" universe may recognize Waymire from a brief spot on "Voyager" or, more likely, for a multi-episode run as Elizabeth Cutler on several first season episodes of UPN's "Enterprise."

She was also part of the 24th Street Theatre company in LA.

I like to think that she is now in the biggest production of "Godspell" ever seen and with some damn fine talent too boot.

The pines will miss the feel of her feet.

May she rest in peace and get standing ovations in Heaven.

I don't recognize the name Liz Cutler from Ent. Who did she play on Voy?

This article repeats most of what has already been written but adds some more info. Take a look at the picture gallery to see her Trek roles.

Damn, 35! I will really miss her. Just by being around she somehow gave the show a more human touch.

I was wondering where she was this season...might've been sick.

A brave little theory, and actually quite coherent for a system of five or seven dimensions -- if only we lived in one.

She was also on two short-lived series, Wolf Lake (she plays a lounge singer always getting into jail trouble) and The Pitts (the matriarch of the accident-prone family ... on FOX).

Can't helped but inquire how she died. Probably because I'm one year shy of her age.

BTW, on Voyager, she played an alien theater actress on a medieval-type planet where B'Elanna and Harry crashlanded. One member of that theater company based their plays on the adventures of Voyager through Torres.

What a shame. I really liked her, and Cutler was a good character.

Does anybody know who she played on Seinfeld? I thought she looked familiar the first time I saw her on ENT, so now I'm wondering if I saw her on Seinfeld.

    Arrow

In Seinfield, she played a character named Vivian on the 4th episode of Season Nine.

At least according to the Internet Movie Database (IMDb) web site.

Just saw Kellie Waymire in a later-season re-run of The X-Files (A Doggett and Scully episode) last night. She had a sizeable role as a meek and abused secretary for a pest control company. She was good in it.

Maybe that was where you saw her ?
