    As promised this is my take on Mac's ES-1 for his Enterprise game.

    Let's see some rough sketches or an M.S.D. of your installation. Where would you find this kind of starbase? Near the core worlds, (Vulcan, Earth, Betazed, Andorian Homeworld, etc.) or out on the Beta/Gamma Quadrant fringe somewhere?
