It is at this time that it is my solem duty to inform all of you that by Special Order of the Minister for the Irrelevent and Silly Disputes that this contest has in fact come to a clsoe as the Minister himself has taken it upon himself to render a final decision that will be considered to superceede all awarding or trophies or other decisions rendered until this time and that decision will be considered the ultimate deision on these matters, not to be contested in anyway shape or form that does not corespond directly to Lord Ellering's "Rules of Deciding Silly and Irrelevent Debates", not including chapter 12 "The Forgotten Merrits of the Chairshot", arriving us to the following decision...
