128 Oz??!! - thats roughly 6 pints or about 3 litres. By comparison a McDonalds supersize drink is merely 800ml (and they're quite large - oh and contain 48 tablespoons of sugar)

As you might have guessed that dose of caffene can play havoc with your kidneys, liver, heart rate and cause tremmors. All in all not a good idea at all. I drank one on a dare and I suffered for it.

Mind you, anything is possible - in Germany there's a restaurant I've heard about that serves a 98oz steak.
The biggest I've seen is a 36oz steak, from the pub down the road from me.
