I think the Graysons ought to have their own species template, and it needs to be generally inferior to other humans. Remember, they've had to live in a radio-active environment for centuries, and there are long-term genetic effects that they need to deal with.
We should also figure out rules for prolong treatments.
"Let's be about it, people."

LUGTrek isn't really dead. Not as long as we remember it.
Given the very different planets the characters live on, different Templates would be de rigeur... Sphinxians are from a heavy-grav world, and San Martinos from an even heavier one. They'd tend to have higher Fitness Attributes and Edges. I'd tend to use the basic Human Attributes for most Human worlds, but the Skills and Traits would be different - Manticore and Haven are pretty similar planets, but have very different cultures. As for Graysons, I'd tend to thing a -1 Vitality and a +1 Tolerance to Heavy Metal Contamination Advantage.
Prolong could simply be handled with an Advantage - its main benefit is Longevity, so its game effects would be minimal. One would, of course, have to restrict character age to keep everyone from being a 90-year-old combat monster Admiral...
