ST Enterprise: Rate "Carpenter Street"

Gets a 9 from me. Of course, it's a bit light on the moral issues and so on, but not every episode needs that, and after last episode, we could do with some fast paced episode relief.
And fast paced it was. There also was some kind of suspens, it even got me to sit on the edge of my seat ... (or rather grab the couch's material) ... acting was OK too. All in all, a nice episode IMO. I wouldn't want all of them to be like this, but one from time to time is all right. Or maybe I just wasn't in the mood to nitpick on the temporal paradoxes, which are of course legions (as always in time travel episodes).

Why are the Xindis suddenly able to travel through time?

Its a bit muddled already, right from the get go.

After all, some of the components of the Xindi weapon prototype had "negative" quantum signatures, meaning they had been made in the future. Hense the Xindi's allies from the future had to have the capability of sending items back in time.

Maybe they are the ones that sent them to Earths past.
