Thanks a million for this one, Shoshuo. I've been hoping that someone might get round to sorting out this Conversion File at some point. And it works in Acrobat 5.0 too.

Is there another copy of this? I'd love to have it, but Adobe Acrobat Reader 6 is reporting errors with the file.
