Oh, that is so cool! And it looks like Bill Paxton is in it. Doubly cool.

The more I think about it, the more I think going retro was the right call for this movie.

As for me I wouldn't have it any other way. Thunderbirds is the only Hollywood-type movie on the radar screen that looks like it'll be worth my 10 bucks.

They used the planes/ships from the original show...way cool!

A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."

Oooh this looks very good. I wonder if they choosed actors who looks like the puppets from the original show ?

Now is it just me, or is it that almost every movie made today is either adapted from a comic book or from an series ? Not that I complain much about it since some of them are well done (well... mostly X Men 2 actually ), but I find this a bit disquieting as far as Hollywood creativity goes. Then again I'm talking about Hollywood creativity...

I wonder if they'll end up doing "Star Trek : The original Series : The movie", with a CGI Enterprise, lots of space battles and aliens with a profusion of CGI, a whole new cast for the crew (including at least a famous name), and a lot of changes as far as crew relationships go (enough to make the Enterprise bashers consider it a model of continuity)

Ok, sorry for the Off Topic...
