Lumok uses the tricorder to see if there is anything living in the area then uses it to scan for items or objects that would be valuable.

Observe (Spot) - (4+4) + 5 + 5 (tricorder) = 18
Investigate - (6+5) -1 + 5 (tricorder) = 15

If he doesn't find anything here, he continues to do the same thing for all the shops in the promenade.

OOC: As it would take forever for us to RP out going through each shop, this is what Lumok will do... you can stop him in his search when something of interest, value, or danger would be need my intervention.

Nothing of any interest is found along the promenade, the Klingons seemingly left in a hurry, and the station was all but destroyed.
