idea for chronicle - what You think

It has been posted to decipher forum as well

J want to set up my chronicle deep in the FA, maybe 500 years maybe 1000.
The idea is of course about new enemy, but... here is an idea for the time line (sorry for language, know it is not perfect:

IV 120 Aragorn dies, his kingdom is spread from the north west to traditional Gondor. Not all high elves left, some of them stay, especially in Rivendell, East Lorien, Lorien and some other lesser places. They are only a few. Dwarves win Moria. Orks and goblins are hiding. The darkness is defeated. Free people prosper.

About IV 700 (want Aragorn and rings become the legend known only to Elves, Tuks and Loremasters. if You think the period should be longer, let me know) The rumours tells about new darkness in the north of Misty Mouintains. It appears that some cold-drakes settled there.

About IV 800 the dragon fly from there and after quick war acclaime the Iron Hills as its lair. (maybe not ironhills maybe ered luin, are there dwarf city?)Loremaster are sure that dragon originally came from far east. Dwarves from Erebor and Moria strikes back but losing.

About IV 800 Pair of dragons come from far east, they fly straithly to Khazad - Dum. They settle nearby, and with bands of orks and trolls attack the Dwarves and win. Moria is lost. One of the serpents stays there and another take his place in The East Lorien with help of spiders recall the forest of Mirkwood. Only north elves realm exists. After few years dragons go to sleep.
About IV 1000 During this 200 years big dragons were sleeping. A few drakes came from the east but settled in wasteland throughout all middle-earth. But now there are rumours about some person, never seen before, looking like the wizard travelling. That's the beginig. And the players know only that.

The wizard is one of the blue wizard corrupted in the East. He was maia of Orome, The Huntsman so still fascinated in the former prey, don't want to hunt it but rather rule them. The dragons was under his command. If he is so mighty to rule a dragon, who will stand??

And that is the scheme, just first idea. J have some ideas more but want to listen to Your opinions. VERY IMPORTANT: j can't see core book before buying so do J have to buy Fell beasts for dragons or are they in the core book??

Wyrms (flightless dragons) have been done as a fan submission here:

You could always just add "Flight" to their list of abilities and use them identically, otherwise.

There are three different kinds of Dragons in the Fell Beasts book. They are the Cold-drake, Fire-drake, and the Winged-drake. They are much more powerful than the fan made one. They have higher Ability scores, much higher armor, and their attacks do a lot more damage than listed in the homemade one. They even have the ability to cast some spells. The homemade ones could make a good challenge for a lower-advancement party, but I think I don't think they would last long against the dragons in the book.
