Get my credit card debt under $3000.

Move into a place closer to work.

Get my weight back under 180# (It's been over that since.. oh, my freshman year at college).

Catch up on my huge pile of 'to-read' books.

Maintain my average of being right 95% of the time.

Continue to maintain the First of Two version of Pacifism by refraining from the public disembowlment of the many idiots who annoy me.

Try to be less antagonistic and mocking towards people I disagree with.

Try to reconcile the previous three resolutions without experiencing cognitive dissonance.

    This year, I resolve to:

Be more patient with my children, and growl at them less.

Stop taking the frustrations of dealing with my cow-orker home with me as much.

Get my professional CTS-I certification, and at least start on my CTS-D certification.

    Continue to learn Spanish.

Do my part to get the President re-elected (i.e., vote in November).

Make the last 10 sessions of my D&D campaign memorable.

Start the Star Wars campaign off with a bang in March.

In no particular order, this year I resolve to:

    1) Do my part to get President Dubya removed from office (i.e. vote) and perhaps volunteer in a political campaign.

    2) Complete my degree.

    3) Complete the writing and design for our club's membership handbook.

    4) Finally start the new Star Trek RPG campaign for the gaming members of our club.

    5) Finish the layout for the Jeannette Maddox class starship technical manual and deck plans book so that we can get them printed and distributed to our club members.

    6) Acquire a used vehicle.

    7) Compile a portfolio of design work for job seeking.

    8) Get back to my pursuit of photography. Time to break out the 'ol Mamiya 645!

    9) Further pursue my studies of Buddhism.

try to send my boys home in one piece instead of bodybags.
as for voting I'M TOO [CENSORED] DISGUSTED at ALL politicians this go round to care, besides i've earned that right in blood (and its way off topic and i believe a banned issue so sorry )

now all i got to do is heal so i can get back to my boys..
god, grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway,The good fortune to run into the ones I do,And the eyesight to tell the difference..

    SIRSIG...Why?

I'm still holding to my resolution from 1999, not to make another *BEEP*ing resolution. I have one vice left, let me be.
I eat right, exercise, play nice with others, watch my language (kids help with that a lot), keep the peace amonst my friends. While I don't make a small foturne every year, I'm comfortable.

This year as with every other year, I'm playing free cab to people I know.

Making New Year resolutions just don't work for me. I keep 'em up for about a month, then the usual habits kick in and I just wasted five minutes of my life thinking up a resolution which I won't keep.
    Arise, arise, Riders of Theoden!
Fell deed awake: fire and slaughter!
Spear shall be shaken, shields be splintered,
    a sword-day, a red-day, ere the sun rises!
Ride now, ride now! Ride to Gondor!

I'm going for a simple one this year.

I resolve to be a better person.

    (Should be easy enough.)

Some things that aren't resolutions but which I'm aiming for:

1; End 8 of the 18 current campaigns I run.

2; Start up my first Star Trek campaign this fall.

3; Support myself solely on my free-lance illustration.

4; Buy at least one dvd star trek set each month.
