I don't do much e-shopping, but I seen a few items on their site I was interested in. I order them on sale, both were about 30% off the regular price.

I placed my order late the evening of February 2nd. The next morning (Feb. 3rd) I received a confirmation e-mail and an nice thank-you. That afternoon I received an e-mail notice that the items were shipped, and again a nice thank-you. They also sent a tracking code for my shippment.

I received my items on Feburary 7th. They are very nice to deal with and would recommend them. Should I ever order anymore RPG books I will stop by their site first. Not as cheap as eBay. . .but a lot easier to deal with. A++

The only thing I would complain about has nothing to do with them. . .I had to wait forever to get the funds transfered to my PayPal account. That took longer than the whole order and delivery did.
