Jackill's Guides to Starships. OOP books describing several ships for Trek. Unofficial of course and most (all?) are set in the Movie period, but could easily be taken over to TNG with a little bit of tweaking.
They're perfect if you want to do semi-original ships for your game, only major problem though is finding a copy of any of them. You can find them on Ebay, a full set that was auctioned went around $100-120 though (for 3 books). The author has a website "up" (www.jackill.com) but hasn't put anything up yet, last update was Oct. 2003, saying the site would be up in Jan. 04.
