Minas Tirith

I was thinking about starting my campaign in Minas Tirith, so I'm looking for soources of information on the city. I'm kind of guessing that the Minas Tirith information was scheduled for the RotK Sourcebook, which I haven't even heard was being written yet.

Is the map and information for Minas Tirith in Map Set 2 worth having?

Anyone know which other books might have Minas Tirith info?

Finally, how compatible is Decipher's interpretation of Minas Tirith with the MERP interpretation? No point trying to get the MERP Minas Tirith module if it's going to be wildly different

The map in the second map set is excellent. The book that comes with the map set also has some good info on Minas Tirith.

Other than that, the core book has some basic info on the city. Also check out The Atlas of Middle-earth.

I've never seen the MERP supplement, so can't comment on it.

Naturally, The Return of the King novel itself has a ton of details on the city.

The ROTK sourcebook would almost definitely have a write-up for Minas Tirith. I hope we get to see it in print.
