    [CODA] Andorian and Vulcan ships

I was wondering if anyone has done any writeups of the Andorian and Vulcan ships we see on Enterprise

Honestly, I haven't even touched anything from Enterprise, if only because I don't have any real hardcopies of the ship's appearance/dimensions/etc.

Now, if you want me to create some 23rd and 24th Century Andorian and Vulcan ships, I'm game.

Please go ahead SeaTyger. This forum needs some fresh ships. And with the return of BouncyCaitian you can be sure some comments will pop up.

BTW nobody ever said anything to my small selay scout craft...

    Hey Space_Cadet,

Snake did up a slew of them. He hasn't updated them as far as I know. Klingon ships have transporters etc. But here is the thread:

I suppose they have them...but I've never put any stock into the accuracy of either of them. I'd prefer to see stats on startrek.com or in an authorized publication on the series (like the various "Tech Manual" publications).

    Klingon ships have transporters
Are they supposed to have transporters or not? I remember that being an issue- I think on the show it was mentionned that they had transporters and I initially hadn't put any in Klingon ships then I changed that. Or maybe not, I can't honestly remember

I'm with Sea Tyger completely on that one- although some folks like the owner of the Ex Astris site try to do an honest job at 'guestimating' some stats. But too often those 'guestimates' are colored by personal preference.

On the other tentacle, some of the official publications have in the past been pretty far off - virtually any stats in the Deep Space Nine Technical Manual are just plain wrong and often self-contradictory (quick - howmany torp launchers does the Defiant have and where are they? - the book gives several different answers...)

...and I would have to agree with that as well. Gee, I'm starting to sound like a politician

Yeah the DS9 Tech manual was way off in some regards. I guess you have to look at the "official" material as guidelines rather than hard stats set in stone. Then you use your best judgment.

    Snake,

Wasn't poking ya with a sharp stick bud
Much if not most of starship material has to be guessed/made up due to the lack of info.

BTW someone critique my Suliban cell ship already!!
