The fighter from Starfleet Command is based on the Starfleet Battles strategy table top game.

And here's the only data I know of on the Federation's "A-10" heavy fighters
2 of the smallest phasers (SFB only has 4 types of phasers; Starship newer, Starship older, Defensive, and Star Base), 1 forward arc, 1 aft arc, 8 one-shot drones (missiles) 2 heavy & slow 2 defensive, Defense Rating= 1, 2 chaff packs, Crippled after 11 points of damage, Speed= 10 (warp 1). After that your on your own, I have reached the end of my useless trivia...
