    French ICON Website with Stuff

I found this link to a LUG Trek site called Unification Section Nord:

    http://membres.lycos.fr/mbuisine/rpg/rpgmain.html

Apparently, at one time, I was co-owner of this webring! I vaguely recall something like that. I do very much remember contributing a bunch of templates and packages and stuff like that.

Just thought I'd post the link for ICON fans. Maybe you'll find something useful. Maybe not! It's amazing what turns up when you Google your own net handle.

Wow. I'd all but forgotten about that site. And I still cringe at all the typos in my write-up for Mark Rand. ::shudder::

Interesting place. Any chance of getting it on-line again. It would make a nice repository for all the stuff we have produced here. . .your one stop shop for fan-produced material.

Um, why not submit your stuff to Memory: ICON, redwood? I may be taking a while converting the original TrekRPG files , but I'm open for new submissions.

I was thinking of more than just species and ships. Are you interested in Overlays, Skills, Traits and History Packages?

Most certainly - if it's ICON, I'm interested!

    Same about me

    Everything ICON is most welcome.

I'm thinking about writing some stuff soon too.

In that case I will start gathering things together. In what format would you prefer items be submitted, word or .pdf?

Netbooks can be in .PDF, everything else should be in plain text - like to code .HTML myself. Images should be in .JPG for photos and photorealistic graphics, and in .GIF for line art and solid colour graphics. If you wish, you can submit rough sketches for things like maps, and I can do final graphics for you, but this will take extra time to do.

    Hey Owen.

Any idea when the other stuff (Overlays, Packages and skills) will be online or were you waiting for a bit more content from others or time?

Been working on the Play Aids and Ships, but the Overlays, etc... should be a quick job - should I bump it to the head of the queue?

And for us none computer types this would be. . .?

I have, since Sunday, found four pages [in WordPerfect 10] of Early Life, Academy Life, Tour of Duty, and Additional Tour of Duty Packages. I plan on doing a final search today; and hope to have it sent to you either later this evening, or tomorrow.

I have also started a collection of Overlays, which I hope to have for you by the weekend, or sooner, if time allows.

Wordperfect files are fine - I can create a straight text file from them.
