Question Psellians all over the place-

    What do you think?

    ***

Note: This is a reinterpretation of the Psellians (first seen in the A Fragile Peace: Neutral Zone Vol 1). All too many of the species in Star Trek are just humans with a dob of laytex on there forehead. This version is based on the Mystics from the Dark Crystal, which is much more of a deviation from the physical norm for Star Trek.

They are larger than must humanoids, but spend most of the time stooped over. They have four arms, long faces, and are covered in short white hair, except for the back of their heads and necks, which support a long main of hair.

These are a Neutral Zone Race? Good the Empire can always afford to bring one more servitor race under the benevolant wing of the Ra'Tar.

They are a race from a border world, falling with in the territory of the Federation. In the module, if they players do well, they apply for Federation membership.

    Doh! Pesky Federation types.

Seriously, I like them. As you say the game designers need to step out of the box and come up with ideas that encompass more then latex make up. You bays at decipher don't have that limitation...let the creativity flow.
